Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or for made-to-order/custom items.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Time

Delivery time begins once your order has shipped and depends on the carrier and destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you work with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. TwoCorgiz is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item.
