Return Window
You may return eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Free from scratches, stains, odors, stretching, or signs of wear
- Returned with any original packaging, tags, or included materials
Because our leather goods are made from natural full-grain leather, slight variations in grain, color, pull-up, marks, and texture are normal characteristics of the leather and are not considered defects.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order items
- Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration
- Final sale items, if clearly marked at the time of purchase
Exchanges
At this time, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the preferred size, color, or style.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
